Take the latest drama on Channel 8 for example. The hand foot (mouth disease) show. Seriously! Who on Earth has a life like that? Father marrying son's girlfriend, own father take nude pictures of daughter. Daughter kidnapped and no one calls police?! like HELLO! if you call the police and even if they circulate the pictures, the police can like ban the media from reporting and "clear" the web of the pictures mah! Now like that isnt it worse? Goodness gracious! And wat mother is that to make use of her daughter to get money? And the characters are either all bad or all good. If only people is that simple man. You don't see any pure good-old shows like last time already. I rmb loving 3.30pm shows last time in Primary school. They have interesting shows like "good morning teacher" and there was one show abt kindly witches (acted by Chen Liping too) that i absolutely loved! Still rmb the witch was called Babara. XD Oh wells. I miss those shows. I'm getting sick of hearing "that wretched woman", "slut", "vixien" and all that crap. A little love is fine and adds color to the show but omg this is like going overboard? Even korean dramas too. Only complex love lifes and sky falling catastrophies. Seriously, wat's with the world these days? In love with love? oh haha and my mom was like "you knw, the show does have a point at the end of the day." "Marry an ugly and poor man and you'll not have all that trouble!" oh wow mom... no wonder you married dad. And no wonder I turned out like this. yidan left a note at 8:41 PM ***
