Caution: This is going to be a long post. I hope to keep you entertained.

Today began just like any other day. The Sun rose from the west and birds were singing in the trees. Then. I woke up.

SL project first thing in the morning. Who likes to wake up at 6am on a lovely Saturday morning? certainly not me.

So I went to Bishan to work for YWCA CDC. Sigh~ hard work. clean windows, write the kids' names a thousand and one times, cut paper into smaller pieces, sweep floor and clean tables. Gah. I m dead tired.

Well then, had CIP after that.
AND THAT WAS SO FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gessh. I never knew going around with a collection can can be so fun! I mean, usually u see glum-looking students carrying cans standing at mrt station asking for donation. U d think it s the worst job in the world. But it s so fun!!!!!! no seriously, i m not kidding.

Well I went in pairs, with Yunxi to collect money. We had these cute little keychains to sell for 2 bucks each. We stationed ourselves at the Chinatown mrt station exit. (there were ALOT of people) and we met so many interesting people!!!! so cool!

When we first got there, there was this guy giving out leaflets there. I should think he s about 16/17 years old. Tall dark and -sorry but not very handsome- normal-looking. Looks like a Chinese (I m talking about nationality). We were at the bottom of the steps and he was on top. He gave the two of us a very good impression cos he s very dedicated to his job. Like say, most of the time u see agitated people along the streets giving out pamplets, sometime giving two or three at one go cos they wanna finish asap. But he was very.... very... patient? he didnt thrust the paper at people but instaed held it out for you to take, like not so 'forcingly'. And a few times, the people threw the paper away on the floor after walking away, he actually picked them up. Yunxi was so impressed that she wanted to go up and say something to him (i forgot what she wanted to say), she didnt actually go up but it made me laugh crazely. He smiles at the people too, very nice guy. haha. Well, I was collecting money so of course I had to smile, smiled at him a few times too but didnt dare to go up and ask for donation cos well, didnt want to bother him? - was hoping that he ll just come down and donate-

Met many other interesting people too. There was this boy who looked SUPER SUPER SUPER like Harry Potter. The way he talks, the way he walks, and Yunxi said that he had this... this.... -what do you call that?- era around his. that majestic grandness and stuff. She insisted that he was Korean, I seriously doubt it. When did Koreans ever become so cute? haha. Then there was this group of old ladies, I think they were just tourists. SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, really, the ladies were so CUTE! They came up and joked with us and stuff and goubt a few keychains. WHEE! and there was this group of old men, they were waiting at the station and we went up to ask them. Guess what they said? We are all old man already, don need so much money ba. Count it your luckt hat u met us, haha! and he put in 10 bucks! Which is uber cool lah. I mean, DO YOU GET 10 bucks just by smiling at people? haha.

There are so many more people i d love to mention but I guess i just dont have enough space le. There was an old lady who totally freaked me out, she s so slow! I mean, she talked and walked and moved to slow! and she talks in this funny funny tone and dresses in this funnily old-fashioned dress! - i was pretty glad that it s not at night- She took 2 mins t put in a $0.10 coin for us. thank you very much! -but you really freaked me out-

So the day ended very well. VERY VERY well.

I was dancing with joy byt the end of CIP cos OUR TIN WAS FULL!!!!!! FULL!!!!! How cool it that? haha.

Then we went for Turkish ice cream. laughed myself silly over Mavis's reaction when we took her there.... -shallnt spoil the fun for those who havent went yet so i shallnt say y-

Oh yar, Before CIP, i went for lunch at Burger King. there was like man and the counter who cheated so much money! Gosh i was pissed. the meal i wanted was 5.50 but in the end i paid 6.70. For some additional stuff that i didnt know what. Grrrrrr

Sigh. Nvm. my fingers ache. shall stop blogging soon. i m sure u re sick of my blow-by-blow account right? haha. So went to Kunikonoya, of is it kinokuniya? od wateva. it s a bookshop at Taka. Very big. and then after that went home.

I ve just changed my piano lesson to Tuesday. Cos monday Mr Tan wants me to go for trng! I saw on the board that they have a judoka-of-the-year compeititon! Hope it ll be exciting to watch. haha

Now, my finger hurts, i feel sleeeeeeeeeepy, and my mouth is sore, from all that smiling.

Ta-ta for now! Goodnight!
